OUTPOST is an independent network of information centres around the world for expatriates and their families. This site contains an extensive listing of worldwide resources, including those on the World Wide Web, for expatriates both at pre-departure stage and for settling in. The Outpost website is used as a resource by Outpost Information Network Centres worldwide, who each contribute information for inclusion.

The maintenance of information in the site and the technical web-authoring is done entirely by members of the voluntary Outpost Website Team.
